If your Alu-mont furniture fails structurally within 15 years, during normal usage from the date of purchase, Alu-mont will at factory option replace or repair the frame without charge to you. Parts and labor are included. If frame blisters or peels within 5 years from date of purchase, Alu-mont will, at factory option, repair or replace the frame without charge to you. Vinyl lace or strap that fails, mildews, or fades excessivly under normal use and normal maintenance will be replaced at no charge to you within 2 years from the date of purchase. All other parts are warranted for 1 years from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not apply to furniture structurally altered, used insa commercial installations, accidental damage including acts of nature, or failure caused by unreasonable or abusive abuse. Alu-mont is not liable for freight charges after 12 months.
