Sunnyland Furniture provides this information as a courtesy to our customers and is not liable for the information provided.

Please complete and return the Warranty Registration card supplied with your furniture to your nearest Jensen Jarrah office. One card per setting is sufficient. Your quality Jensen Jarrah furniture has a "no nonsense" limited warranty for five years from the date of purchase against any defects in manufacturing, timber or hardware. The warranty extends to the Jarrah wood for serious faults (such as severe twisting or splitting). The fabric slings are covered by a two year warranty and lounge cushions for twelve months. Jensen Jarrah will provide repair options and make available parts or complete items free of charge at our discretion. No terms in our warranty will affect your legal rights.

Please note that for non-domestic or commercial use of Jensen Jarrah products, this warranty shall apply for two years from the date of purchase only.

Exclusions:

Jensen Jarrah will not accept responsibility in any way for damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accident and such damage shall be construed as a breach of the warranty contract. Transportation costs for replacement parts and labour costs for repair or replacement are excluded from the warranty. Jensen Jarrah is not liable for fading, natural aging of the timber or fabric, non-structural defects in the timber, naturally occurring timber features and surface checking.

Jensen Jarrah shall not be liable for, and specifically excludes, any claims caused directly or indirectly by any event or matter beyond its control, including incidental, consequential or contingent damages suffered as a result of the use of the furniture, a breach of this written warranty or any implied warranty.

These exclusions do not limit your statutory rights by law.
