What is not covered in the warranty: This warranty does not include furniture used for commercial purposes or furniture damaged by acts of nature, such as freezing, or lack of proper care. Mallin will not be liable for the shipping or packaging charges to or from the factory on any warrantied items past 1 year. This warranty does not cover any purchased parts (end caps, glass, glides, etc.) cushions, umbrellas, slings, or failure caused by normal usage, mildew or fading of fabric.
Service: Contact the Customer Service department in writing , stating the problem and providing proof of purchase or email to malcus@minson.com. A returned goods Authorization card will be sent to you giving instructions for returning the item, if necessary. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization from Mallin Casual Furniture Company.
