Windham Warranty

Warranties:
Limited Five Year Warranty
Windham warrants the frame and finish for not less than five years. This warranty is extended by Windham to the original purchaser and applies to all products sold by Windham, Inc. If your furniture frame fails structurally (i.e. broken welds) or if the finish peels within five years from date of purchase, we will replace or refinish the frame in the original color and style if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued. All service for authorized returns will be provided at our facility in Plains, Georgia. Freight charges will be paid by Windham for five years from date of purchase (proof of purchase required). Windham reserves the right to determine whether to replace, repair, or refinish and mode of transportation for authorized returns. No returns will be accepted without written return authorization from Windham. If you need further information, contact the retail outlet where your furniture was purchased.

Limitations
The warranty does not cover and is void if the failure of your furniture is caused by fire, freight damage, acts of nature, commercial use, suntan oil or other chemicals or unreasonable or abusive use. Additionally, mildew, fading paint and normal wear and tear are not considered warranty items. This warranty does cover the aluminum frame and finish only and does not apply to purchased parts (i.e. glass, glides, umbrella washers, cushions, umbrellas, etc.). Windham shall not be responsible for loss of use, time, inconvenience, packing, travel, etc. or other consequential or incidental damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.

Limited Two Year Commercial Warranty
If your Windham furniture frame fails structurally (i.e. broken welds) or if the finish peels within two years of date of purchase, Windham will repair or replace the frame in the original color and style if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued. All service for authorized returns will be provided at our facility in Plains, Georgia. Freight charges will be paid by Windham for a period of two years from date of purchase (proof of purchase required). Windham reserves the right to repair, replace, or refinish, and determine mode of transportation for authorized returns. No returns will be accepted without written authorization from Windham.

Windham reserves the right to modify its product at its discretion. Every effort has been made to represent colors accurately, however the printing process can change colors slightly.
