Both the manufacturers and Sunnyland want to ensure you receive the most professional service when designing your “outdoor room”, and because color choices can become very complex, we believe you should see it before you buy it. Therefore, some of our manufacturers do not allow us to sell their product online and / or show any pricing or availability. Other manufactures have restrictions on what products can be sold online, where we can ship them to, or what prices we are able to sell them at. Occasionally, this means that our price on the website will be higher than our price in our showroom. However, our goal is to offer the same great values whether you shop online, over the phone, or in our showroom.
