If Warranty service is needed where do I go for help?

To obtain warranty service you must contact the original furniture retailer from whom you purchased the product and provide the serial number and proof of the original purchase. Furniture purchased under conditions of "as-is", floor model, or second hand is not covered under Manufacturer's warranty. Extended or additional warranties are not the responsibility of the manufacturer.
