About our Warranty
The exclusive Quality Wood Products Warranty is available to the original purchaser only, and becomes effective with purchase date.
Quality Wood Products will repair or replace - at our discretion - any piece of furniture that is defective in material or workmanship under the terms and conditions outlined here.
If Quality Wood Products determines that it is impractical to repair a piece, you will be furnished a same or similar substitute. Our Warranty Commitment Quality Wood Products warrants to you that products shall be free of defects in material and/or workmanship attributable to the manufacturer for a period of 3 year from the date of buyer’s receipt of purchase.
Damage from improper handling after merchandise is received or from any incidental or consequential damages is not covered by Quality Wood Products’ warranty.
Due to the nature of wood, characteristics such as knots, grain variation, and checking (nonstructural cracking) are not defects, and are thus not warranted.
