Sunnyland offers restoration services to bring your Jensen Outdoor Ipe Furniture back to a like-new look. This service is offered in the fall and winter monhs - contact our team to add yourself to the waitlist.

Inspection & Assessment
Each piece of furniture is carefully inspected to ensure it is suitable for restoration. This step helps us determine the best approach to achieve optimal results while preserving the integrity of the wood. If we find that a piece cannot be restored safely or requires additional care, we will inform you before starting and discuss alternative options.

Restoration Steps

• Sanding - Light sanding is performed to smooth the surface of the wood. Please note that deep nicks or gouges will not be addressed as part of this process.
• Cleaning - A specialized wood cleaner is applied to remove surface dirt, grime, and debris.
• Brightening - A wood brightener is used to restore the pH balance of the wood, enhancing its natural tones and preparing it for staining.
• Restoring Color - Penofin Verde stain is carefully applied to restore the rich color of the wood, bringing it back to its original appearance.
• Safeguarding - Once the stain dries, a protective Wood Shield is applied to safeguard the surface against future wear and weathering.

What We Can Do

• Enhance the appearance of Jensen Outdoor Ipe furniture, restoring its natural beauty and vibrant color.
• Protect the furniture from further damage with our thorough restoration process.

What We Can’t Do

• Guarantee a "like-new" appearance, as results may vary depending on the furniture's condition and history.
• Restore older Jarrah wood products or furniture that has been painted.
• Address deep nicks, gouges, or structural damage, as these are outside the scope of our restoration process.

Pricing

• $500 for up to 5 pieces of furniture
• $50 for each additional piece
• Furniture older than 5 years will be restored on a quote basis.
• Example: For 10 pieces, the cost is $750 plus tax (first 5 pieces for $500, additional 5 pieces for $250).

Pick-up and Re-delivery
Pricing includes pickup and delivery within $149 local delivery areas.
Additional fees apply outside the DFW area.
