Our Process:

Inspection & Assessment

Each cushion is carefully inspected to ensure it is suitable for cleaning. This step helps us determine the best approach for effective results without damaging the fabric. If we find that a cushion cannot be cleaned safely, we will inform you before starting and discuss the best options moving forward.

Pre-Rinse

Cushions are pre-rinsed to remove any loose dirt, dust, or debris. This helps prepare them for a more thorough cleaning process.

Deep Cleaning & Extraction

We use a high-powered deep cleaning system designed to tackle embedded dirt, stains, and odors. This machine uses a dual-action cleaning solution, which penetrates deep into the fabric, helping to lift and remove tough stains, allergens, and debris. The powerful suction also extracts moisture and dirt from deep within the cushions, ensuring they are left cleaner and fresher.

Drying & Final Touch

After cleaning, the cushions are carefully dried to remove excess moisture, helping them maintain their shape and comfort.

What We Can & Can't Do

We can help remove visible stains, dirt, and debris, making your cushions look cleaner and fresher. We also help reduce odors and refresh the fabric.

We cannot guarantee the removal of every stain, especially those that are deeply embedded such as frame markings or have been on the fabric for a long time. Additionally, while we can improve the appearance of older cushions, we cannot restore them to "like new" condition.

We cannot clean cushions that are torn or damaged as we do not want to further damage the cushion. We cannot clean cushions that were not purchased at Sunnyland as we want to ensure that we know the composition of the fabrics and do not accidentally damage them.
