Umbrella Repair Information

If you need repairs for a Tuuci umbrella purchased from Sunnyland, please call 972-239-3716 and we’ll be happy to help.

Sunnyland can repair Treasure Garden AKZ and AKZ Plus style cantilever umbrellas purchased at any authorized Treasure Garden retailer. These models are designed to be serviced, making repairs more cost-effective. We are not able to repair AG and other lower-cost models sold by other stores, as they are more difficult to service. However, we can order parts and frames when available.

For Treasure Garden center-pole umbrellas, it is usually more affordable to replace the frame rather than repair it. For those who purchased their umbrella at Sunnyalnd, we offer:

• 40% off an in-stock replacement frame for up to 5 years from the original purchase date

• Or 25% off an in-stock complete umbrella replacement of the same size

Frankford, Shademaker, and Tuuci center-pole or cantilever umbrellas require a custom repair quote, as these repairs can be more complex and parts are not typically kept in-stock.

If your Treasure Garden frame is damaged but your canopy is still in great shape, we can usually transfer the canopy to a new frame quickly. We stock replacement frames so you can enjoy your umbrella again with minimal downtime.

Due to limited parts availability and storage space, lead times are currently long. We’ll let you know if you should bring your umbrella in now or if you should be added to our waiting list.

Umbrellas Purchased from Mass Merchants or Big-Box Retailers

Unfortunately, we cannot repair these umbrellas. Replacement parts are not made available to us, and we do not have access to their suppliers.

If Sunnyland picks up your umbrella and you are not a Sunshine Club Member, a delivery fee will apply.

Older Umbrellas

If you have an older umbrella purchased from us many years ago and the brand is not listed above, we are unable to repair it. We may still be able to order parts, frames, or canopies when available, but we cannot service it directly.
